Sir, I have two tables in a word document each containing four columns and 12 rows. The data for the above two tables will be fed from an excel table using mail merge. However when I use the next record if function in mail merge in both the tables, then the last table only shows records for all rows. My first table shows only the first record.

My first table shall give results for:

Kindly help me to solve this issue. I could not solve myself by mailmerge method. Because, once I write the next record if function in the last column first row of the second table, my second table shows all the details for every months but my first table shows only the first month (only one row). Kindly help me to every details in both the tables.
