I have come so far with my sheet and just need to cross the last hurdle.
I have filtering VBA code that works perfect, except it exclude my headings.
I need the headings PLEASE
When I click the Command Button, I need it to display the headings with only the shift concerned.

Thank you for the quick response, the changing of the number 5 to number 8 is helping only partially.
I need the all headings for every row where it appears. (When I click the command button it should give me just the "A+" under the headings where it was.)Attachment 825084

One of my helper columns "See Me" was intended to show that row/heading if there is a "A+" in Column J.
I trust that my explanation is ok. (English is my second language LOL)

By heading I assume you mean such as: Admin Staff, Controlroom, Mutual/Langa etc...?
If my assumption is correct, I'd place the Heading title on a new column as the first cell in the row of each person. This way, when you run your macro, their heading shows.
This is a simple, workable solution in my opinion.
