    How will I have the right status information by putting the progression dates of the offer

    How will I have the right status information by putting the progression dates of the offers?

    1. By putting the start date of the offers in cell H, the word "BEGIN" must appears on cell E

    2. By putting the start date of the offers in cell H and the submission date on cell I, the word "SUBMISSION" must appears on cell E

    3. By putting the start date of the offers in cell H, the submission date on cell I, and the evaluation date on cel J, the word "EVALUATION" must appears on cell E

    4. By putting the start date of the offers in cell H, the submission date on cell I, the evaluation date on cel J, and the aproval date on cel K, the word "APROVAL" must appears on cell E

    5. By putting the start date of the offers in cell H, the submission date on cell I, the evaluation date on cel J, and on cel K thw word REJECT, the word "REJECT" must appears on cell E

    Try in E4 copied down:

    =LET(l,LOOKUP(2,1/(H4:K4<>""),H4:K4),IF(ISTEXT(l),l,LOOKUP(2,1/(H4:K4<>""),H$3:K$3)))
