In I2:
=LEFT(VLOOKUP(F2,TRIM($G$2:$H$13),2,0),2)&SUM(IF(F$2:F2=F2,1/(COUNTIFS(F$2:F2,F2,J$2:J2,J$2:J2)),0))
**Array formulas are not entered in the same way as 'standard' formulas. Instead of pressing just ENTER, you first hold down CTRL and SHIFT, and only then press ENTER. If you've done it correctly, you'll notice Excel puts curly brackets {} around the formula (though do not attempt to manually insert these yourself).
Then copy down.

Its not working mam, K14 and K16 and K17 should be TN1 but it shows TN2. Aligw mam.
Then go with the other option offered by Hans.
