Error when trying to insert photos

Hi all! This is my first time posting but I have had this problem for some time. When I try to insert a photo into an Excel spreadsheet on my computer, I get the error: Bad Request: Request Too Long. This just started one day after being able to insert pictures previously and has continued since. I have tried deleting and reinstalling Excel, but this did not solve the problem. The only way I can insert pictures is by inserting them from another computer. I think there might be something wrong with the computer settings, but I cannot find a solution.
