simple spreadsheet advice please

I posted this in the main forum but think it is better here.

I am trying to construct a simple spreadsheet to calculate sick day entitlement. The allowance is 16 weeks (112 days) full pay calculated on a rolling 12 month basis.

I have looked at many threads on this forum on searching this but all results are more complicated than I need. I'm sure there is a simple solution but I have never needed to calculate on a rolling basis before. I have attached the very basic spreadsheet I have been trying to use.

A forum member popipipo has kindly given me a formula I have added to the spreadsheet but it doesnt appear to calculate the rolling total. Not sure if I've done something wrong? Thank you.
