how do i do text over text

I need to put a line through some text. Kind of like crossing it out, how do I do this in Excel???

Try this

Select a cell containing the test you want to cross out
Format - Cells - Font tab
Put a check mark beside Strikethrough (in the "Effects" area)
Click OK
