where can i find a list of excell formula's?
where can i find a list of excell formula's?
Click on the = sign at the left end of the formula bar
Now click on the drop down arrow which now appears where the Name Box was
At the bottom of the list that appears click on More Functions
A window with a left and right pane will appear. You can choose a category of functions from the left pane or you can choose to list them all by selecting All in the left pane. The list of functions pertaining to your choice will appear in the right pane.
Click on the one you want and it will show you the syntax and a description for your choice.
Hit OK and it will place that function in whatever cell was active when you first clicked on the = sign
You'll get a new window which gides you through the use of the function you chose

You can find most of them in Excel's Help. You can also find them in a
category view by going to Insert->Function in Excel.
What is it that you are trying to do?
