Spread sheet HELP!

Im trying to make a spread sheet but im lost on this one!
cell G3 is $16.00 I need J3 to be $0.76 I need it to be 2.9% + $0.30. can this be done? with one cell? or do I need 2 cell one for 2.9% one for the $0.30

I hope I can understand what you are trying to say here ... try this and see if this is what you need. Enter in Cell J3,

=Round(G3*2.9%,2)+.30
