Red face Need help ,with Purchase order

    Hi all.
This is my first time here ,very impressed. Here is my delema.I have to do Purchase Orders for the company I work for.We are using a generic Excell template. What I need to do is ,I should say what I want to do,is make a about 20 or 30 P.O. printed in advance.I want to have the P.O. numbers to advance one at a time respectively to the amount printed and I want the template to keep the P.O. number current to the amount printed.Right now I have to type in the number and print one copy.than change the number up one and print another and so on.I am new to all of this .Can anyone help.tks. should have kept my old job..

What you ask will require VBA (macros) to accomplish. The link I supplied is one method of accomplishing your task. Certainly not the *only* method. Searching the user groups and the Microsoft Knowledge base will, no doubt, show you many other ways.

Sorry there is no quick fix for this.

    Good Luck.
