I'm a Windows 98 user. When I key in 12345, it will automatically display as
123.45. I have check the cell format, is set to normal. I suspect is due to
the regional settings that cause this happen. Please advice.

Cells:
number:
Decimals
Clear the number of decimals to zero
that should work
