drop down menu

Can some help me. I remember doing this in college but for the life i me i can't remember .

how do I add a drop down menu to excel. i.e. + and -
when you click on billing it expands to give a list of items and when you click on it again it closes, does any one have any ideas, im not even sure whats it called.

+ Billing (open)
- Telco Invoice
- Tv Invoice
