    In the template shown here:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/te...?AxInstalled=1

there are two days on the same sheet. If that's the file you meant, what
problem are you having when you try to start a new day?

Re: dialy calorie and fat percentage log

Move or delete the chart and the note with the folded corner
    Delete columns H and I
Widen column G, and in cell G2, type: Total Cal
    In H2, type: Total Fat
In I2, type: % Fat Cal

    In G3, type: =IF(C3="","",IF($A3="",G2+C3,C3))
    In H3: =IF(D3="","",IF($A3="",H2+D3,D3))
    In I3: =IF(OR(C3="",D3=""),"",H3*9/G3)

Copy the formulas down to row 31
To format, select columns D:F, and click the Format Painter button
Select columns G:I, to apply the copied format.

To use the worksheet, type the weekday name in column A, for the first
entry of the day. Leave the weekday cells blank till the next day starts.
