In column A set up your X values, For example from -4 to +4. Increments of
0.1 should be OK.
In column B use the NORMDIST function like this
If you X values start at A1 then cell B1 should be
=NORMDIST(A1,0,1,FALSE)
Copy the formula down for all X values.
Produce chart on Column B and use Column A for X values
