    Creating a Print Button

    Hi All,

Hope things are well... Anyway i have an Excel Spreadsheet with 12 sheets inside & on the First Sheet i'd like a Button that would print all the sheets after each other. How do i do this i've never used a Macro. Would appreciate all the help.

    Cheers

Why would you need a macro when you can hit File>Print>Entire Workbook?

Or just hit the Printer Icon and select Entire Workbook?

    Hi Will,

To record the macro you need to turn on the macro recorder, perform the task
and then turn off the mcro recorder:

    Tools, Macro, Record New Macro.
Use the mouse to simulate the printing of the sheets.
Click the 'Stop' button on the Stop Recording toolbar.

To attach this macro to a button:

Open the forms toolbar, click on the button and draw it out where you want
it. The Assign macro box lets you assign a macro to the button so select the
    required macro and click OK.
