    Question Display is all zeros

I must be missing something in my formatting that is really easy and just overlooking it.

I have cells, that I would like to be displayed in a military time format as hhmm. There is nothing in the Time section of formatting and I have created one in the Custom format but it only displays as 0000.

    What am I missing????

So you created the custom format but what did you put in the cell? If you want 1515 you'll have to actually input 15:15 with a colon

Ok, is there anyway of entering the numbers without using the ":"???

The numbers need to be entered quickly with hopes of just using the number key pad instead of the extra step.

    Know of anything?

You can do it with a "worksheet change event" a piece of code that will run every time you enter something like 1234 to convert it to 12:34, see here for an example
