Identify Titles in a List

Hi,

In my workbook i have two sheets. sheet 1 has a list of about 20 titles in column a, sheet 2 has many more titles but including some or all of those in sheet 1 column b

Is there anyway i can have sheet 2 'almost look' in sheet 1 and highlight or sort to the top, or make stand out in some way if any of the titles are in the column b on sheet 2.

I have many of these reports to work through each day and looking back and forth between sheets before i even start to work is ery time consuming. as i need to disregard this info and look at it seperately.
