Function for top 10 list, Mode function works for first and then?

    Hi Guys

    Here short example of situation:

    15:38:50 1:18 860204060 ShareCall standard R0.521
    15:41:45 0:59 860204060 ShareCall standard R0.521
    13:05:08 11:06 860000007 ShareCall standard R3.700
    16:28:27 2:42 860330111 ShareCall standard R0.900
    14:42:30 3:47 861553233 MaxiCall standard R2.390
    13:57:46 4:29 860998877 ShareCall standard R1.500
    13:45:10 7:28 860356356 ShareCall standard R2.490

I need the top 10 occurring/phoned numbers. The mode function works great to get the most occurring number.

I have found a way to get the amount of times each number's been dailed, but I still need to get a formula structured to get the total duration per number.

    I would appreciate any help.

    Hi,
you could consider using a pivot table, which will give you all you need at once, as far as I understand your description.
Maybe a sample file would help?
    Cheers
