Copy information from a worksheet by clicking on a button

Hello

I am looking to have a spreadsheet that has 2 work sheets. The first one the user will answer about ten questions then click a button that will update the second sheet with the data and clear the first sheet so more data can be entered in.

Just to get a clearer idea of what you want, will the data that is copied to the second sheet be copied over the next time, or will it be added below the last update?

The attached Workbook copies the information on Sheet1. Once you click the Update Records button on Sheet1, the data in both columns A and B are copied over to the next empty row on Sheet2. After that is completed, all information in columns A and B of Sheet1 are deleted.
