Increaseing/Decreasing selected row of numbers without using a sum

    Hi,

I'm fairly new to Excel and would like to know if it's possible to select a row of numbers and with these numbers increase them all by 1 or decrease them all by 0.50 for example.

Is this possible and if so how do I do it?

    Many Thanks

Try this, type a 1 in an empty cell, copy, select the cells you wish to apply this to, paste/special > Add

    Repeat for 0.5

    Wow!

That's exactly what I was looking for.

I spent ages trying to figure it out and I knew I'd seen it somewhere before.

Thanks for your reply and helping me solve this problem so quickly.
