output a search

I'm trying to find a way to run a search of a column and have text in a corresponding cell be linked on another page.

On the first column is a list of jobs the next is if they are booked to be done. Each time they are booked I've set up a dropdown list to show up as "S". I have a simple IF statement look at just one cell but can't fnd a way to have it search the column and link its corresponding cell.

on the Year page ive set up a calendar to mark up when work is planned. What im trying to do is each cell in a column that is marked with "S" it takes what the task is and places it in the sheet called Week.

a few other threads ive looked at have used something called VLOOKUP which seems that might work but i cant seem to get a formula that will work.
