IF AND statement-how this can be tweaked

I am trying to use the following to give me back a result which indicates it there is a date in both cells, then give me back a "Yes". W12 and T12 have or may not have dates.
Somehow, this formula did/does not work.

=IF(AND(W12>0,T12>0),"YES"," ")

Any idea how this can be tweaked so that it will work? Alternatively, what am I doing wrong?

What do you have in T12 and W12, are there formulas in those cells, if so what are they?
