Comparing cells - Changing cell color if value is larger

    Hi guys,
I noticed a similar question earlier, but it didn't quite solve my problem.

    Say I have 4 cells: A1, A2, A3 and A4

A1 is the reference value. If the values of A2, A3 or A4 are greater than or equal to that of A1, I would like the color of the cell that is equal to or over the reference value to change. Ex. A1 is 100, A2 is 50, A3 is 100, A4 is 150. I would like the color of cells A3 and A4 to change to yellow.

Hopefully this will be an easy question for you guys! Any thoughts?

    Invoke Conditional Formatting and use:

Cell Value is >> Greater than or equal to >> =$A$1

click Format to choose your colour.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
