    Alerts on precentage differences

Sometimes i made grave typo error in my data entry. To avoid the same errors, I would like to have "alerts" if the percentage difference of two months is greater than 20% (positive or negative). I was able to have a formula for "more than 20%" with the alert "Too High" but unable to include a "Too Low" formula. Please refer to the attachment. I would like to have the following:

    1) In column E6 onwards, in addition to the "Too High" alert, I would like to have the formula to produce an alert of "Too Low" if the percentage change is <20%

    2) Is it possible to have "Too High", "Too Low" & "Ok" in different colours? If possible, how?

    Thanks for your Help !

    Yes.

Go on Conditional Formatting and you can do lot of things

    2.JPG

For example: Put normal cell green font. And in conditional formatin use not between or lees than (one color), greather than, equal... whatever you wish...

Hint: select whole row or column, or single cells

    now have som fun
If this is not enough attach file...

    If I read correctly >20% ="too high" AND <20% " Too Low"
Which value should it be to be "OK" ?
