    I would take a look at any of these. And they are in order in terms of your experience level, starting with true beginner

    Excel 2007 VBA Programming for Dummies by John Walkenbach
    Excel 2007 Power Programming with VBA
    Excel 2007 VBA Programmer's Reference (Programmer to Programmer)
