button to insert lines

I want to make a button that when i click in the button a line is created in a chart in the same sheet

for example i have a chart like this

name of equipment fuel type
turbine gas MC-230
pump electricity HSV

and a button called (new equipment) that creates a line under the chart in order to fill with the other equipment.

Note: I want the line appear with a border line colour also
