Pivot Chart filter

I have an Access Student Infractions database and I am exporting queries out to Excel for the purpose of creating pivot tabels/charts so that the Supervisors and Teachers may review the data. My problem is that I need to have a way where at the Teacher level, the teachers can view via the pivot chart, only their data (students) and not be able to select another teacher from the pivot chart filter pane dropdown.
Is it possible to "hide" the other teachers based on a variable or user id? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated greatly.

There are many ways of dealing with this. Sounds like you are going to save a copy for each teacher. You can add a password to protect the workbook after you have it saved for a particular teacher.
