Inputting same text into 2 places at the same time

Hi, I am still working out the basics.

I want to put the same information (text) into different cells on different pages and sheets but only type it in once.

Is there a way I can link the cells so they all receive the same input.

Thanks, that works up to a point.

As it is in a form, can I make it more permanent so that anytime I type in cell a1 it will always come up in sheet 2.

Also, the formatting is changing as it crosses over, can I keep that the same.

I really am new to this, I'm afraid.
