    Sales data

I have a file with 10000 rows (one per unique product we sell). Column G has 4000 unique entries (company names). I want to get summed data (which is total sales data - sitting in Column C) for each unique company name.

    How do I do that?

The problem is not where the thread is located, but with the thread title which IS NOT accurately descriptive of your question and therefore of no use to anyone who searches the forum for an answer to a similar problem.

Edit your thread title to something more descriptive, such as: Sum Values for Each Unique Company Name - or something along these lines.

Please do: read the rules - they exist for a reason.
