    Listing Non Blank Fields

    Hi

I have a large table where I am entering details of returned feedback forms. I am wanting to create a list of all of the comments made for a perticular question but not all forms have comments on them so I need to create a list of just the comments received in a separate sheet

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks

    J

Can you sort the column of comments? The blanks will end up at the bottom.

    Re: Listing Non Blank Fields

I want to be able to bring the non blank entries as a list in a different worksheet, the main worksheet is just a data entry form designed to ease data entry and then other worksheets are used to pull through selected data as 'forms' for collating data
there are several different comment fields so I need to consolidate the comments from each of the fields, so sorting one column would not help with the others and also it will not be automated

That looks like a job for Advanced Filter. Go through the Excel Help. It's explained quited well. You can specify multiple filter criteria, and have the filtered output placed somewhere else.
