Macro to move cell contents

sir,

( 1 ) I want to move the cell contents of column B to F, where there is nothing either left or right of the cells in columnB.

(2) and I want to move the contents of the columnB to F by giving a criteria.
Can I have any macro for the above both purpose. It will help me a lot in my workings.
