Conditionaly Replacing Text

Hi,

After some google searching I decided to contact some actual humans!

I'm relatively new to excel.

I have two columns. One is nicknames, another is first names.

About 10% of the nickname column has text in it. The rest are empty.

Where there is a nickname available I want to replace the first name in that row with the nickname.

How/can I go about doing that?
