Finding cell and updating using Macro

Please can someone help me,

I am trying to write a macro where excel will find the value of cell F62 within the table in range B4:G58, it should then offset columns to the right until it is in the column of the table that is equal to the value in cell E6.

Once it has done that it should increase the value in this cell by 1 and should move down row by row increasing the value by 1 until the value in column B is equal to the value in cell G62.

Once all this has been done it should insert a row above row 62 shifting all other rows down.
