change color of certain cells

dear all

i have a long list of names in F in which there are certain names i need to have them
for example highlighted in yellow
how can i create my list of names so that whenever it is the same in F it will have yellow color automatically ?

You need to conditional formatting, where you need to give certain conditions. If the conditions meet it will highlight the color automatically..
If you can send me the spread sheet, it will help
It comes under pull down menu - format

so if have list of names as attached how do i get everytime the names colored in yellow automatically !
