Auto copy data to Master sheets after I enter data in subsheets

I have 4 sheets here. 1 Master Sheet and 3 subsheets. I want to automatically copy the data from Subsheets(grey columns) to Master Sheet. With the ATTID and and the current time.

Ex:

If I enter data(number) : 5419009 in F9 cell in Sheet-1 ... Automatically the Mastersheet should be updated in the next available cell with the number, ATTID, cell and time. ie is in cell C6. it should go on.....

Please help... It is very important for my project.
