Cut & Pasting “Find & Replace” results

In trying to rearrange a particular data base, I’m using the “Find and Replace” function (Ctrl + F) to search out particular data from a particular chronologically listed column on the data base. The terms I am finding might be referred to as “base terms”, and will include variations with various prefixes in the search results (i.e., in Finding “ball”: results will include “baseball” & “football”. Is there a way I can then cut ALL the results that are listed in the “Find and Replace Menu” simultaneously and paste it onto a new document, instead of cutting and pasting one by one. It is important that these then appear in the chronological order they appear on the “Find and Replace Menu.” I don’t think that sorting the database would be an adequate solution because the various “Prefixes” appear randomly throughout the chronological database.

A solution to this would be a huge time saver and any help would be very much appreciated!!!

    Thanx
