    Average

I have a question. Is there a way to come up wht the average days worked from a weekending date with number of employees? For example, I have a weekending date of 1/2/2010 and 8 employees were employed on this date. Is there a way to average this out in excel?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking.. can you elaborate a bit with some examples and expected results?

    Re: Excel Averaging Question

I am not sure that I understand well. Please, correct me if I am wrong...

I think that you only have to divide the number of employees at the end of the week with the number of working days per week.

    Regards.

    Re: Excel Averaging Question

    Yes, good point !!!

I am sorry, I took the average of employees per day, not the average of days per employee...
