    Pushing data

I have a few rows of data, is there anyway to copy+paste one row of data into another row while pushing the existing data to the left?

    Here is a quick example:
    (First row)
    FAD1(one cell), FAD7(one cell), FAD18(one cell), FAD37(one cell), FAD100(one cell)

    (Second row)
    FAD2(one cell), FAD5(one cell)

    (Third row)
    FAD30(one cell)

(How I want the row to be)
    FAD1(one cell), FAD2(one cell), FAD5(one cell), FAD7(one cell), FAD18(one cell), FAD30(one cell), FAD37(one cell), FAD100 (one cell)
