creating a report page in a spreadsheet

    Hi
In my spreadsheet, there are seven tabs, one for each day of the week. each tab uses the same template, but the input data varies from day to day.
I want a report sheet to have a drop down box to select a day. once the day is selected, it will display the data from the respective tab.
How do I get the report sheet to do this? does it require a formula or macro for this to work?
    sample sheet attached.
    thanks

It's much better to have all the data saved to one sheet then you can build reports from the data that is stored. See this earlier post
    Hope that helps.

Thank you Roy. I did have a look at the earlier posts, but it is not what I am looking for right now, even though it looks good.
In my mind, the nature of the business, each day will need their own tab, and selected data will need to be displayed in the report page, which will then be sent to various recipients as a pdf.
