With Conditional Formatting I want to hightlight the cells that have a MIN-imum value in the same row but in two columns that are separated

Select the two columns (holding down the CNTRL key) For conditional formatting >Formula
=B2=MIN($B2,$D2)
That should do it. Does that work for you?

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
