export column based on specific criteria

    Hello there !

    my table
employee, date, cases picked, rate, performance

Im trying to find a way to export column which will return all dates based on specific employee.
Vlookup would return just one date which is not good. Im trying to create dynamic line chart so when my boss pick up a name he will see line chart with dates and performance for specific employee.

http://www.mediafire.com/?4x0cxb388n7kydk <- here is a sample worksheet, by learning many cool tips on this site I've managed to create some basic dashboard with sumif, and vlookup formulas.

any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thank you !!!
thats definetelly a kick start for me
basically what Im trying to create is chart with all dates and few series of KPI's (different tasks) this could easily be done using pivot table but i want to make something even more easy to use
chart will be shown in individual performance sheet showing performance across whole month (line chart)
when I finish I will share my experience and techniques
