    Shrinkage

    Hi All,
    I want to know how to calculate shrinkage.

    I calculate as per the below formula

    (Scheduled Leave Hours + Unscheduled Leave hours + (Total Aux- Aux 0))/Target Login Hours(Including Breaks)


    Target Login Hours also Includes Breaks.

    please let me know if it is correct procedure to calculate Shrinkage.
