Not to Count Zeros in a column

I have a spreadsheet that has three columns that I have used the subtotal grouping that counts the entries in two of the columns. "Employee" column is fine, I just wanted the total. The "Fee Amount" column I just wanted it to add the lines that were greater than zero. If I clear the contents in the zero cell the subtotal works fine, but how do I clear or remove the zeros from the entire column. Seems simple enough, but I can't come up with the solution. Ultimately it will be a very large group. I attached a sample. Thanks in advance for your help.

You can select the column and hit CTRL+H to invoke Find/Replace.. then enter a 0 in Find What and nothing in the Replace with box, click Options and choose "match entire cell contents"
Where there is a will there are many ways.
