    Hello,

First Go to Format Cells Click on Hidden and then Hide the cell and then Protect the sheet.

    Good afternoon gr8ice

All cells are locked by default.

Holding down Ctrl, select all the cells you want to be unlocked. Then press Ctrl + 1 and go to the protection tab, make sure the locked box is unticked and click OK.

If you hide the cells, they won't be hidden until you invoke the protection. Even then, the cell will show a value, but the formula cannot be seen.
