Placing an image behind text/numbers

Rather than have a company logo printed at the top of every sheet, I wanted to place the logo behind the printed text/numbers etc. Is it possible to place an image behind the usual excel information? If so, how.
Obviously you can use text boxes for text, but i wanted the logo behind everything I put on the sheet.
From what I have read you can't use a "watermark"(I'm using 2003)

I appreciate that a simpler option would be to print several sheets containing the logo and then re print the excel info over the top.
