    How do i insert a date into a formula for calculating the number of days overdue

    You can reference a cell with a date.....or if you want to have the date in the formula you can use DATE function, e.g. if due date was 1st of June this would give the number of days currently overdue

    =TODAY()-DATE(2011,6,1)
