    Setting cell reference as variable.

    Hey all,

    This is what I want:

The code obviously doesn't work but the aim of the code is to Reference Column "M" but have the row reference variable depending on a number within Cell "A1". Can this be done?

EDIT: I know this code below will work but IF statements can only go so far...

    Hi,

    Try this:

    =INDIRECT("M"&A1)
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
