print the rows with data in them

I'm attaching my spreadsheet to better understand what I'm trying to do.

I want to print the rows with data in them and not print the
rows with just the formula. My spreadsheet has 1000 rows with
formulas in them and I only want to print the rows which I have added
data. I know you can select print area and all that. But mainly it's
for the inexperianced user that might have trouble setting the print
    area tab.

Would someone make changes to my spreadsheet to help me with this please.

    Thanks Mike

All the rows appear to have data in them
    Hope that helps.

It's the formula in column L causing it to print so many pages.

You could maybe use a workbook level BeforePrint event to set an autofilter on the sheet.

to be quite blunt you'd have to be very inexperienced not to learn how to set the print area,if they cant learn that then im surprised they can use ms office at all! but try this in the workbook module
