Flagging overdue dates

Hi. I am using excel 2007. I wonder if anyone knows how to make a date in a cell "flag up" when a certain time limit is reached? Basically i want to have a database that can highlight when a certain date is due. Any help gratefully received. Many thanks. Dan

In terms of your request... perhaps you might investigate use of Conditional Formatting ?
