how to combine 2 lists to one list?

Hi,
please have a look at the attachment instead!
My question is to combine 2 lists of data to one.
List1:

name jan-2011 feb-2011
a 1 3
b 4 4
c 5 7
d 2 1

List2:

name jan-2010 feb-2010
a 2 2
c 3 5
e 4 4

Mylist:
name jan-2010 jan-2011 feb-2010 feb-2011
a 2 1 2 3
b 4 4
c 3 5 5 7
d 2 1
e 4 4

Plz, get the attached file

Press Ctrl+F3 to see the names I create, especially the 2 following names 'd be mentioned as their reference needed changed

tbl_1 =Sheet1!$B$3:$D$6
tbl_2 =Sheet1!$B$10:$D$12
